Equipment

Global Technologies by  AGCO will have a Challenger MT 765 and Fendt 716 equipped with Auto-Guide Satellite Navigation Systems available in the test drive area.  They will also have experts on hand to discuss all FIELDSTAR Precision Farming components, SGIS Software, and the Falcon II Application Control System.
CaseIH  will have an MX 285 Magnum Tractor with AFS AccuGuide available for test drives in the demonstration area.
Great Plains  will be displaying their 1525TR Seeding system, VT7225 Verti-Till, and TSF 1060 sprayer. The 1525 is coupled to a Great Plains SSH pull hitch with 300 gallon fertilizer tank and showcases the NEW ‘25’ series planter row unit with interchangeable meters (Precision Seedings finger meter and Great Plains Singulator Plus meter) and also available in fluted feed models. The planter is equipped with a Dickey John Seed Manager SE monitor and a Veris Variable rate drive system. The VT7225 Verti-Till is a 7 shank deep tillage tool with turbo coulters and semi-mounted seed bed conditioner. This is one of 4 new “Vertical” Tillage tools that they now offer. The TSF 1060 sprayer has a 1000 gallon tank, NEW 60’ front fold boom, and is equipped with Raven 440 automatic controller and Raven valves. Their tent display will be an operating row unit display with Veris controller and mapping/seeding demonstration.
John Deere will have a 7820 MFWD tractor and a 9320 4WD tractor with RTK guidance in the test drive area. They will also have two sprayers, 4720 and
4920, with RTK guidance. Experts will be on hand to discuss and demonstrate
their full line of AMS equipment and software.
New Holland will have a TG 285 with IntelliSteer available for test drives in the demonstration area.

Trimble

Software

  Red Hen
FarmWorks (Martens Farms)  will demonstrate "Guidance and In-Cab (or On-Foot) Record-Keeping". Both a laptop PC and iPAQ (PDA) will be used with GPS systems (from Ag Leader, Trimble, and Transplant) and Farm Works Software. Live demonstrations will show how GPS systems and Farm Works Software work together for easy guidance, record-keeping, mapping, and data logging. Participants will see how the Martens use the newly integrated Trac Mate and Site Mate software to simplify recording farm activities and information while "on the go."
SST Development Group will be demonstrating SST Summit and SST Stratus, farm record-keeping software for desktop and handheld computers.  They will also demonstrate SST GPS - for use with handheld computers in two models: wireless or Compact Flash.

On-the-go Sensors & Controllers

Capstan Ag Systems will demonstrate the AIM Command System on a Case-IH SPX 4410 sprayer.  The sprayer will also have a Raven SmarTrax automatic steering system.  They will also be displaying their N-Ject anhydrous ammonia and LF (liquid fertilizer) control systems.

Raven  will be demonstrating their SmarTrax guidance system on a Case-IH SPX 4410 sprayer and a tractor (model not yet determined).
Veris Technologies will be displaying and demonstrating its Mobile Sensor Platform (MSP) which includes the Soil pH Manager and Soil EC Surveyor.  The pH module measures soil pH on-the-go, while the EC module maps soil EC--an effective way of mapping soil texture variability.  Veris will also be demonstrating a prototype soil spectrometer.  This unit maps soil carbon, organic matter, soil moisture, and other properties by measuring the near-infrared reflectance properties of soil.
